Size-dependence of Three-periodicity and Long-range
Correlations in DNA Sequences

Abstract
The investigation of size-dependence for three-periodic
Fourier harmonics may resolve between the model with
the long-range correlations for different nucleotides
and the representation of the genome in terms of a
mosaic picture with uncorrelated structure units.
The study indicates superstructual organization in
genomic DNA sequences. The possible physical mechanisms
for information of such a structure are discussed.
