POSTDOCTORAL POSITION

A position is available for a highly motivated M.D. and/or Ph.D. to join projects aimed at identifying genes regulating autoimmune arthritis in rodents (positional cloning), as well as the functional characterization of these genes using several unique congenic strains. The work involves studying multiple immunologic phenotypes relevant to the autoimmune response seen in arthritis, and synovial fibroblasts, including gene expression with microarray technology, and bioinformatics.

Applicants with background either in genetics, immunology or molecular biology are asked to email their CV, three names/phone numbers for references, and a brief cover letter describing research interests and career goals to pgulko@nshs.edu.
