This program can be used to enter and manipulate pedigree structures and full genotype results of unlimited number of DNA markers that are organized for each chromosome. Multiple disease phenotypes can be created in separate databases and directories. Each disease phenotype is password protected. The program can display a simple nuclear pedigree structure and result of up to 9 DNA markers. Other branches of the pedigree can be viewed sequentially. Informative summary tables can be generated for each pedigree and/or genotyping data. A complete set of "Pedigree", "Parameter" and "batch" files are automatically created for LOD score calculation with the LINKAGE program. The 2-point LOD scores from the MLINK program are automatically converted into a simple table for each DNA marker, family by family. These files can be created for a selected group of families and/or DNA markers. Pedigrees and result of multiple DNA genotypes can also be automatically converted for the APM, CYRILLIC and PLOT2000 programs. DNA OD numbers and concentrations are also stored and can be printed separately.
